Eric Dueholm

Eric, a partner with The Terrace Group, is a 26 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Eric began his career as a an investment analyst for Northco Corporation before moving on to brokerage work. In that capacity, Eric has been involved in the leasing or sale of over 12 million square feet of industrial, office and retail property. Eric continues to offer tenant representation and property listing assistance for clients in the Twin Cities metro area and western Wisconsin. Over the past 10 years, Eric has also been actively involved in the acquisition and stabilization of numerous commercial real estate properties on behalf of himself and other investors.
