About Eric

As a licensed Realtor, I love to work with both buyers and sellers in the greater-Baltimore metro area. I am a Baltimore transplant myself (byway of Texas and Virginia), and have loved learning everything I can about the city and surrounding counties. This passion carries over into helping clients find the perfect home or selling a home to someone who will cherish it just as much as them.

I have a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia and a BS in Biology and Geology from the University of Houston. I came to real estate after working for over a decade in Baltimore as a teacher and school administrator. As a constant learner myself, I am passionate about making sure my clients are comfortable and confident with the home buying/selling process. There are no "stupid" questions, and I will do all I can to support and guide you during the entire process.

When I'm not working, I typically am on a local hike, bike ride, or traveling with my husband and son. I'm cognizant of the fact that we all have to balance our lives with what can often feel like a complicated, though exciting process of buying or selling a home, and I try to make sure I provide stability all along the way. My goal is to make sure you're happy and confident with your decisions, and will never pressure you into making a choice if you're not ready.
