Eric is consistently great to work with. If I hadn’t worked with Eric but I looked at all of the glowing reviews, I would have been suspicious that something was ‘rigged’. I can promise you that the reviews are completely legit. Yes, Eric is professional, patient, awesome, an excellent communicator, hardworking, knowledgeable, and the best agent. My wife and I experienced first-hand all of the things that the other reviewers experienced and we were grateful for the excellent “going the extra mile” service from Eric.

We were in a "had to sell" place in life, which was emotionally challenging, and Eric made the whole process so much easier. He was on top of Everything! Always one step ahead of what was going on and advocating for us.
He was accessible and responsive - looking our for our best interests. He was also kind and supportive. We had an offer within the first week our house was on the market! And, it was in the Fall - the slower season of house sales. Thank you, Eric.

Had the pleasure to work with Eric last year during our first home buying experience. We had looked at atleast 6 houses before finding one we liked. Eric was more then willing to travel to meet us at houses and was not pushey he actually gave his honest opinions and looked out for us. Even after the buying process was finished Eric would and still does check in time to time not just from a business standpoint but as a friend. I highly recommend him and when the time comes for us to search again he will be our go to no questions asked!
