My husband and I owned our home for nearly 39 years, and to say we had too much ‘stuff’ to deal with and pack and move is a major understatement! Eric’s positive demeanor, outstanding communication, and ability to break each step into manageable components is just part of what makes him Number One. He has remarkable people working with him who then, in turn, helped make what felt and seemed impossible a reality. Yes, the real estate market in The Bay Area is most favorable for sellers right now, and we believe we had the very best end result while the buyers ended up with a gorgeous home! Eric Fischer-Colbrie is sincerely the very best realtor there is.

I've known Eric for a long time, not due to him being a realtor, but because we have kids the same age. He was an active parent at their elementary and junior high schools and ended up coaching one of our sons over several years of PONY League baseball.

We actually live about a block away from each other and I noticed over the years that he was clearly the lead realtor in our neighborhood. For sale signs don't lie and you see a lot of his! When we decided to put our house on the market, it was a no brainer signing up with him.

He was incredibly helpful in walking through the pros and cons of listing our house in late 2020 or waiting until spring of this year. We collectively agreed to put your house on the market this past March. He priced our home just right and within six days we sold it for considerably more than asking price.

In short, he's a solid member of our community and for that matter, the #1 realtor in our part of Mountain View!
