On the outside looking in, I always asked myself why would I need a real estate agent their job seems easy enough. My experience with Eric showed me why I needed a real estate agent . The energy and enthusiasm he brought to the table was amazing and unmatched.After 3 years of falling in out of contracts on different properties with different agents. Eric got me to closing, he went above and beyond multiple times to get me to closing. For example, after inspection there was a small leak on a faucet, Eric brought in his dad to fix the issue no charge (this was the seller’s agent/owners’s job to fix this tiny leak). He brought his friend in to move a stove so we can close on time. Overall my experience with Eric was amazing, he went above and beyond on multiple occasions to get me to closing.Thank you Eric

Eric has, by far, the best realtor we have worked with. While a lot of realtors tell you they represent you, you don’t realize the difference until you work with someone like Eric. He is always accessible, works through everything meticulously and makes sure gives you the advise and watch outs! Eric was our agent for a property we purchased in Shelton CT. He is very hardworking, committed and dedicated to whatever he set his mind on. He goes above and beyond and never leave any stone unturned when looking for information for clients. Eric regularly call customers to alert them of a new house on Zillow. Eric work with customers to the extend that he become very familiar with the kind of house they are looking for in the market. Eric is very good in communication and always make sure customers are treated fairly by sellers and agents. I highly recommend Eric for anyone that needs to buy a house.
