Eric Herron

I've served as an Executive VP where I managed the field operations for an electrical contractor with over 400 employees. I was also a co-founder and owner of a thriving medical practice, so it’s clear I am not afraid to be the youngest or the least educated in the room, but with hard work, listening skills and drive, I can become a valuable partner at the table. All the while, I have continued to invest in real estate and have developed a diverse background in commercial and industrial construction. As founder of Cascadia Prime, LLC and a Principal Broker, I bring decades of experience to my clients and I'm clearly not going to rest until the deal is done. Outside of work, you’ll find me playing with my family, backcountry skiing, or running the local trails of Ashland. I look forward to working together.
