My wife and I have been shopping for a home for a very long time. We met Eric and he was very nice and easy to talk to. Then we fell on some challenging times and Eric stood by us and helped us get to where we are now, selling our home and buying a new one, and it is exactly what we asked for in this challenging market!

He stayed with us for a year + and we trust Eric 100%. He is a great advisor who also sells homes, and I appreciate his style and knowledge.

I would recommend Eric to anyone in my family or anyone looking for a home, he is great!

Eric is a consummate professional and kept us at ease throughout our first home-buying experience. His responsiveness, attention to detail and experience were very helpful as we navigated all of the paperwork and milestones while our new construction home was being built. Eric was recommended to me by a friend that had a great first-time home buying experience with him. Eric called me back within minutes of my first email, found me the perfect house in just a few short weeks and negotiated a great deal, sold my house in one weekend for above asking price, and walked me through every single step the whole way. He also was able to recommend loan officers, moving companies, appraisers, home insurance companies, etc for each step of the process. Each one of his recommendations were fantastic as well. They took the time to explain everything to me (sometimes multiple times) and made sure I was comfortable with each decision. Not only is Eric super knowledgeable about real estate, but he's just an enjoyable person to be around and I never felt pressure to do anything I wasn't ready to do. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I used Eric Hill with Remax, and it was definitely a good choice. He was very professional, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable on everything that I needed. He helped me get my house sold very quickly, and helped me find another home that I wanted in the timeframe that I had. He handled a lot of the work on making this happen, which took the stress off of me. I will definitely recommend him, and I will definitely use him in the future.
