Eric worked with us on the things that we needed to know on getting our home ready to sale. We have lived in our home for 32 years and was really worried about selling but he walked us through every step of the way for selling and buying our new home!

Eric was recommended to me by a friend that had a great first-time home buying experience with him. Eric called me back within minutes of my first email, found me the perfect house in just a few short weeks and negotiated a great deal, sold my house in one weekend for above asking price, and walked me through every single step the whole way. He also was able to recommend loan officers, moving companies, appraisers, home insurance companies, etc for each step of the process. Each one of his recommendations were fantastic as well. They took the time to explain everything to me (sometimes multiple times) and made sure I was comfortable with each decision. Not only is Eric super knowledgeable about real estate, but he's just an enjoyable person to be around and I never felt pressure to do anything I wasn't ready to do. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I used Eric Hill with Remax, and it was definitely a good choice. He was very professional, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable on everything that I needed. He helped me get my house sold very quickly, and helped me find another home that I wanted in the timeframe that I had. He handled a lot of the work on making this happen, which took the stress off of me. I will definitely recommend him, and I will definitely use him in the future.
