About Eric

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Eric has a great affinity for the state and island he calls home. After ten successful years in medical sales and marketing with Johnson and Johnson, Eric began his real estate career in 2006.

Eric was the top producing agent in the Newport office in 2021. Eric is also regularly ranked in the top one percent of agents statewide and is one of the top five producing individual agents of all of Newport County since 2010. He attributes this success to his customer focus, loyalty, and his desire to make every transaction as smooth as possible

Whether it’s finding the perfect family home, vacation home, investment property, or estate planning, Eric’s goal is to understand the exact needs of her clients and deliver them. Eric really loves all aspects of real estate including architecture and design. Eric is an avid surfer, enjoys coaching basketball, and loves spending time with his wife and three children. In 2018 Eric founded Treasure Aquidneck Island, a project which encourages residents and visitors to search for brass medallions hidden throughout Aquidneck Island’s many beautiful trails, walking paths and beaches. He also sits on the Middletown zoning board.
