Another great transaction with Eric's help. He's been our buying and selling agent over the years and he's helped both my sister and sister-in-law find a home when they relocated to VA.

I was able to have the pleasure or working with Eric for both the purchasing and then selling my home (2 years later). The buying/selling experience can sometimes be daunting at times, but with Eric, he will not only make the experience as smooth as possible from a professional standpoint, but he will also make it feel like a day of hanging out with a friend (which keeps the experience more fun and less stressful). He went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready and coordinated contractors to take care of any issues prior to showings and all the way until closing. Working with Eric was such an excellent experience! We looked for over 7 months for our home I went from being pregnant to very pregnant and hormonal during this time and Eric was so very patient with us because I wouldn’t settle for anything but the perfect fit for our literally growing family. I always felt like he was looking out for our best interest every step of the way. For my husband this is the second home he purchases with Eric‘s help and soon we will be looking to purchase our 2nd rental and we will definitely be calling Eric for his professional expertise. Eric was GREAT! Me and my husband are active duty military and were looking to purchase a new home in the area due to us getting out here in Virginia. We were actually referred to him by our housing who had nothing but great things to say about him. We called him that week and he answered all our questions and set up and appointment right away to see how he could help us and what we were looking for, things didn’t work out due to me and my husbands finances and personal reasons. We reached out months later to Eric again because we were ready to start looking and he was of course there to help right away. He was very prompt and always answered our calls no matter the time or day. He communicated very well and explained everything to us every step of the way. He was honest and wanted the best for us as his clients. We would be new homeowners and never had done this before and Eric made sure the process was easy. He went above and beyond as our realtor!

My experience with Eric was the best. I was a little worried about the buying process but he made it look very easy. He was always willing to help regardless of the time. Basically he was always there for me for any questions I might have. He always made sure to explain everything in a clear way so I could understand. There was nothing shady. Every step of the way I felt that he was working for/with me so I could find the best possible deal based on my requirements. If and when I am ready to buy again, I will definitively be using Eric. Also, for any Hispanics out there ready or thinking on buying, I would first contact Eric, he speaks both English and Spanish, which in my case was important. Eric will always be the preferred realtor for me and my family.
