Eric Miller

Eric Miller, Real Estate Advisor, is a leader in the Real Estate community with 26 years of residential/condominium real estate experience in a wide variety of projects. Eric has established himself as a leading real estate broker in Northeast Florida.

Throughout his career, Eric, Real estate agent has been known for instilling confidence with his customers through a foundation of trust and honesty. With a quick wit and a deep understanding of the real estate industry, Eric believes in following up with his customer's questions so that they can make an informed decision about their real estate portfolio.

As a graduate from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College), Eric's education is the cornerstone of his success in real estate. With a BA, Dual Major in Business and Economics, he understands the marketplace and the nuances of his client's real estate needs. His success has been in the beaches condominium and residential home market providing his clients with a deep understanding of the documentation, statutes, marketing, and pro forma requirements. He is a member of NEFAR and MLS.

Eric has a career volume of $165 million and over five hundred transactions. He has been in the Jacksonville Business Journals Book of Lists - Top 50 Realtors multiple years along with countless monthly sales awards.

Eric worked on the sales and development team for The Eastwinds, The LandMark, The WaterMark, Flaglers Crossing, Pablo Run Villas, The NorthShore, Serena Point and Pier Point Condominiums. Eric is married with three children and lives with his family in south Jacksonville Beach. They are members of St. Paul's Catholic Church.
