I am not surprised Eric was a 2021 top 10 agent for C. Dan Joyner Relators. Eric went above and beyond helping me, a first time home seller, understand what was needed to sell my home fast and at top dollar. Eric utilizes previously built, strong relationships to provide flexibility to the home seller. Eric’s high energy and optimism made my experience working with him enjoyable and stress free. He truly treated me as if I was family.

I'd give him 10 Stars if I could! Eric went above and beyond to help us find the home of our dreams at a time when the market was less than ideal.

He is without doubt the finest realtor I've ever dealt with. He instantly responds whether by phone, text, or e-mail. He works tirelessly. It's uncanny. I don't know how he does it!

Notwithstanding his incredible service as a realtor, he's also a great guy. Smart, funny, and personable; seriously, if you don't consider him a friend after working with him I'd be very surprised.

To anyone who asks me to recommend a realtor, I say, "I got a guy!" Eric's my guy. If you want to work with the best - he should be your guy too.

Eric is an absolute star! We moved from the U.K. to South Carolina in the October, pre-COVID, and Eric viewed houses for us; FaceTimed us so we could do virtual tours and gave us sound, honest advice about the houses and the neighbourhoods! We would have been lost without him! Subsequently we used Eric again when we purchased our American home and he turned up to every meeting; offered constructive advice and asked pertinent questions of the builder that we would not have thought of.
