Eric O'Brien

Eric O'Brien is the founder of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. and has 36 years of professional experience in the commercial and industrial real estate industry. Eric has developed a reputation for excellence and an expertise in the brokerage, management, leasing, and development of office and industrial park, land use and self storage in Central New England. Eric has sold and leased thousands of buildings and land parcels, and has trained and mentored numerous top producers in the industry and currently manages and trains a team of top commercial and industrial real estate experts. He has served on the Board of Massachusetts Family Institute, Eliot Community Human Services and co-founded the Lazarus Project, O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc., and nine other successful real estate ventures.
