I am not from Florida but was in Orlando to sell my sister’s condo, due to her death last year. She had been sick longer than I realized and there was a lot of work to get her condo ready to sell. I did not know anyone in Orlando….and found Rick through a good friend of my sister’s. Best thing that could have happened to me was finding Rick. He helped me find the best (and most economical contractors to do the work on the condo….in the middle of the COVID pandemic). He went above and beyond to get things done quickly and done professionally. He even did some of the work himself, that he could do….and also checked on the condo until Probate came through and I could sell the condo. I have bought and sold homes over the course of my life….and Rick is the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. I can’t thank him enough for what he did for me….and in helping me through a very difficult part of my life. Rick gets my HIGHEST recommendation! Thanks again Rick!

Rick made our home buying process seamless! For about a year, my husband and I were looking at different areas in which we wanted to build a home. With his knowledge of the area, Rick was able to quickly find us many options that fit our budget and criteria. After locating the lot of our dreams, Rick was consistently attentive, answering phone calls at any time of day. He also assisted us in negotiations with our builder. He went above and beyond to ensure we received all the necessary documents and information as well as accompanied us during our walk throughs. Overall, we had a wonderful home buying experience with Rick and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family who are looking for a new home!
