Eric Roemer

A graduate of Penn State University and Columbia University Business School, Eric moved to Crested Butte in 1971 from New York City. Over the past 35 years he has owned and operated Penelope's Restaurant, The Powerhouse Bar & Grill, and the Cement Creek Tavern. At this time he continues to own and operate the Wooden Nickel. Through the 70's and 80's, he was active in the building business and renovated several historic properties in Crested Butte's commercial core, developed condominiums and several commercial projects. Because of his experiences, Eric is comfortable with all types of real estate and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the continuing development of the Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte area. He and his wife Ruth, along with their children Pearce and Alexis, live in Crested Butte Meadows.
