If you are looking for an agent who is looking out for your best interests and not just a paycheck, give Eric a call. I have known Eric since I was 18 years old (22 years) and he has been my agent on the purchase of 4 homes and sale of 3 over the years. Eric has been extremely hard working, patient, and diligent..... making sure we found the right home each and every time. He really does go above and beyond to make sure he does right by his clients. Ten out of ten stars!

When I was looking around for options when moving out of state I reached out to Eric and his team! We listed when I was living 16 hours away and they looked after my house through the process. Eric is the BEST! We were so fortunate that he was referrred to us by a close friend!
He helped us with selling our townhouse and we ended up getting more than the asking price! It sold so fast, in just a couple of days. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Eric also helped us with purchasing our new home which was new construction. He helped us navigate through all of the details and was extremely knowledgeable. He has 19 years of experience and it definitely shows! He really knows the real estate business inside and out. Eric answered all of our questions and took the time to really listen to us.
