Eric took lots of time and attention to help us find and purchase our home. The process took longer than we expected because the market is hard for buyers at the moment-but Eric was extremely patient and responsive and navigated some tricky offers and situations for us. Eric Toth did a great job finding us a house to rent in West Hartford. He was a pleasure to work with and showed us two houses that were both very good fits for our needs.

We chose the second one we saw. Eric helped us get through the paperwork needed for the background and finance checks and kept us well informed about the steps in the process. We have been homeowners for the last 40 years, so were relatively uninformed about the rental process.

He worked with the owners’ agent to ensure that everything was moving forward, and today we got the keys to the house. We’re very excited we’ll be moving in on Tuesday. Thanks Eric for all your help.

Eric was very responsive and respectful. I worked with Eric for about 4 months and was very happy with his level of effort during my search. He kept the communication going with the other realtor and I and tried to find solutions to potential issues. He gave me his professional opinion when I asked for it and was not pushy or overbearing. Eric worked so quickly to find us a home that checked all of our boxes when relocating from out of state. He found us multiple options to look at and was prompt to answer any questions we had on specific homes. We’re super thankful for how easy he made it as we were moving with a newborn. We never had to wait around for him to get back to us. We appreciated him making sure we were happy with things once we moved in as well.

Had a great experience with Eric. He reached out to me after finding a great condo for rent on Zillow. After that condo fell through, Eric set up a portal through Coldwell’s portal which gave me options I couldn’t find on the other websites. Eric was extremely helpful and great at communicating proper expectations and next steps!

Eric Toth is my hero! My wife and I approached Eric with a deadline of only a few days to find an apartment after our house sold much sooner than we anticipated. We feel fortunate to have worked with Eric to rent our place in the Hartford metro area. He is the most committed, diligent, and kind real estate agent I have interacted with to find a place to live. He is also honest and reliable. As soon as we started communicating about our preferences, he immediately prepared a list of houses that accurately matched what we were looking for. He also quickly contacted the agents/landlords of places we were interested in. But it did not stop there – he went the extra mile to make sure our application received careful consideration from agents/landlords and swiftly communicated our questions. Since we were coming from another state only for a few days to find our place, he thoroughly arranged a schedule of places to visit. Finally, all worked out great and we rented our #1 choice! When we decide to buy a house, we will surely call him again!

Eric found me a beautiful home in West Hartford and was able to negotiate the price down by 15k. I have to admit, I was very picky about the house I wanted. Eric was very patient and showed me 19 houses before I found the one I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the town and gave me useful information about the school systems, Mill rate, etc. Also, he was very responsive whenever I needed him. I would highly recommend Eric as the one of the best Realtors in West Hartford.

Eric has been such an incredible person to work with. He is not only extremely aware of the market but also very thoughtful and takes all aspect into account, including our preferences. My husband and I initially spent months with him looking for something to rent because my husbands manhattan based law firm was allowing him to work from home for a while during corona and I needed to be close to the area but then months after searching for a place to rent we found out I would be starting my medical residency in the area and my husbands law firm would allow hi. To work from home so we then started flooring for a home to buy. We wanted to look at every possible option both for rent and for sale and we’re very picky in what we ultimately were looking for. Eric was so so patient with us through the whole experience. He showed up early, stayed there through all our questions, looked deeply into all the details of the homes we were looking for, asked as many questions about the homes as we could before and after viewings, shared all of his insights. We have extremely busy schedules go very much by the whim and many times he found viewings for us on the fly and accommodated our needs, often late past 8 pm. He is always extremely responsive to communication and looks into documents thoroughly during the whole process, answering our questions. We spent so much time with him during that time and he spent so much time making sure our needs were met that it felt like he became part of the family and now through our recommendation my parents and sister will be working with him to buy a new home. Eric is more than just a knowledgeable and hard working real estate agent but he’s also a great person and it was an absolute please working with him. I would recommend him to anyone. Our new hone is exactly everything that we hoped for and we have Eric to thank for it.
