A family man, Eric grew up in Minnetonka with two brothers, one sister and naturally, a house full of a substantial amount of competitive energy. The birthing ground of a professional edge that he carries with him still.
Eric’s initial interest in Real Estate began when he was just out of high school. He found himself intimidated by the overwhelming amount of opportunity and choice that lay before him and shied away from his true passion. After obtaining a business degree at Concordia University where he played baseball--Like many, he began his pursuit towards a corporate America job, (or so he thought). Eric is also a God-fearing man. To his surprise and his doing, years later his exact passion fell into Eric’s lap. He would call it luck, but luck is when preparation meets opportunity, and opportunity looks a whole lot Like challenging work. Challenging work that paid off! He began his Real Estate career in 2012 joining then business partner and now broker, Geoff Bray. In four years,’ time, he has grown into his own team of enthusiastic individuals with a combined wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry.
