Eric is EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! I started with a realtor that wouldn't schedule appointments until days after we requested which resulted in homes sold and missed opportunities. I'm only mentioning the prior agent bc that experience was so awful and we were so lucky to have found Eric. She wouldn't respond in a timely manner or sometimes not at all. After speaking with Eric, everything changed. He gave us information (that the other realtor had told us she wasn't getting responses from selling agents) immediately. We saw several homes within 1 week. (Before, we only saw one home in 2 weeks despite that we requested to see more). The home we bought was a home that the other realtor told us she didn't want to show us because it was out of our price range, which obviously was not true!
Eric is upfront, informative, responds quickly, very friendly, very professional, and willing to go that extra mile for his clients. I've already recommended him to my brother and my son who are not working with him and I'm picky so they trust my judgment! I will continue to recommend him because that's how much I believe in him and how much we appreciated the excellent, professional and quality services that he provided to us. I cannot say enough good things about him. Thank you Eric!!

Eric just helped us with the sale of our home, and to be honest, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Eric is very professional and only focused on finding a solution when needed, instead of focusing on the problem. He made sure he was available anytime we needed anything and always had an answer for any of our questions. He kept us updated throughout the whole process, which made it less stressful. He is very knowledgeable and reliable, and we are very pleased with the way things worked out. We would highly recommend Eric not only for his expertise and guidance during such a stressful process but because he truly goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything and are comfortable with any decisions that are made. We are very grateful for everything Eric did to help with the sale of our home.

Eric Vazquez is a realtor who is not afraid to negotiate with the seller. No matter how late or early in the day I wanted to view a home, Eric V. was there. No matter what day of the week, I wanted to view a home, Eric V. was there. This is a realtor that is not afraid to point out flaws in a home that may cause problems in the near future. Throughout my busy work schedule, Eric made sure all the I’s were dotted and T’s were crossed before I moved forward into the closing stage. He also followed up to see how me and my family are doing in our new home. Eric Vazquez is a realtor that listen to you wholeheartedly and understand the value of your investment. I wish I could add more stars to this review because Eric Vazquez deserve more.
