About Eric
Eric graduated from the University of Illinois in 2002 with a Bachelors and Masters in Accountancy and earned his Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) accreditation in that same year. Eric started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their real estate audit practice and in 2005 Eric joined the Turnaround group within FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance practice.
Over his 10 year span in Corporate America, Eric developed a vast network of real estate investors seeking access to returns that required minimum involvement. With an eager investor base and a desire to break free from Corporate America, Eric joined Drew as co-owner of 33. Over his first 4 years, he brought together 33's various practice lines to execute the Company's integrated services strategy. During that time, he also spearheaded business development efforts to expand the Company's reach to institutional-based clients.
In 2016, and as part of the Company's expansion of its integrated services model, Eric establish Cubed Construction; 33's sister company providing high volume / low cost renovation programs, full gut renovations of multi-family and mixed use buildings and retail / office build-outs.
Eric oversees the day-to-day operations of Cubed and maintains executive level responsibilities over the 33 family of companies. He is passionate about real estate investment and even more so about the people that make 33 and Cubed Construction unparalleled real estate companies.
