We recently sold my deceased mother's condo through Eric. She had medical issues toward the end of her life and was a bit of a "hoarder". The condo was a mess. I wasn't even sure we'd be able to get an agent. Eric and his team assembled and handled everything. They removed everything from the condo, cleaned it, painted it, renovated and and sold it for top dollar within 45 days. That's just astonishing. On top of all of this, he handled the situation with respect, he never complained about the mess and was sensitive about what my family was going through. I just can't thank him and his team enough. I don't know how I got through that time, but Eric and his wonderful family were a big part of that. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

As a resident of Maui for nine years, a tour guide there for seven and an artist with his first Art Exhibit on Front St. I really appreciate all the extensive coverage that Eric has given to the very suspicious "fire" incident that decimated the "Art Capital of the Pacific". I don't know what it will take to get an unbiased review of the horrendous facts. I am completely behind the work he's doing to spread the word and initiate action. This is important information for everyone in the U.S. not only Hawaii because it reveals a broader, more nefarious plan for everyone. Maui is a test to see what can be gotten away with and so far, with what seems to me Eric as the only voice giving consistent publicity, they are winning. We can't allow this!

Good evening Eric. From my background and experience, the plan that is being proposed,.of using the specific levels and types of materials containment, coupled with the two barrier layers and a top cover to keep out the rain, seems to be reasonably sound. The monitoring as described really is only as good as man can currently design and construct the system, as related to "state of the art". That generally comes down to the "budget" allocated. From my perspective, and not being a actual resident, this has a reasonable chance for success. The final reality is this. None of us will likely be around to see the true success or failure over the time of the project. WCK

He spent almost 1/2 days taking me and my brother to see the good potential places for either living on paradise or vacation rental for potential rental income. After my wife and I spoke with Eric West by phone for the first time, we knew we hired the right buyers agent to represent us from the mainland. Eric always video any home we were interested in. From Wailea to kapalua and Wailuku oceanfront. Eric always showed us all the angles of each home, comps, pro and cons of each neighborhood.

About two years before we needed their services or considered selling our Maui condo, we were regular subscribers of Eric's YouTube videos. His knowledge and respect of the island, what makes it so special, and real estate expertise made his team an easy choice when we felt the market conditions were in our favor.

He provided video of properties when we could not see them in person being on the mainland. The videos accurately represented the properties and Eric certainly did not try to oversell them. I was a Realtor 15 years ago in another state, so I know enough to know there's a lot I don't know about real estate transactions today, especially in moving to a new state in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Eric has extensive knowledge from his many decades of experience in real estate. Great answers to my many nuanced questions always came quickly. His communication is rapid and dependable. (How does he find time to surf?)

What we appreciated most about Eric is how open and supportive he was when we came for our first visit to Maui. With a gluttony of buyers and very little inventory, most agents weren't that interested in speaking with us since we weren't 'on island' yet. Eric was gracious and helpful. Every time we met he offered valuable advice that guided our move to Maui and the home we ended up choosing. We appreciated how he took us to see houses in areas we hadn't considered as it expanded our understanding of the land, options and market.

Throughout the journey from contract to close, Eric helped us navigate the complex process and joined us at all the appointments at the property, providing great advice and asking helpful questions of the listing agent. He gave us clear insight into our choices at bumpy points during the process and helped us remain relaxed when issues arose.

We first discovered Eric via his YouTube channel and were glad to discover his relaxed and fun personality is well-complimented by a profound commitment to integrity and productivity. I stalked him on social media and saw in his profile it said his commitment is to "God, Family and Real Estate". I'd say the same of him. Eric was a real blessing. Buying in Maui from CA has its challenges, but doing it during COVID meant we had to rely on out realtor from start to finish. Once we began the negotiating process, Eric did a great job communicating with us and the seller and we were very satisfied with the final offer. Eric excels in what he does! I've had experience with Eric both as a listing agent and a selling agent and I can say he's just the best I have ever dealt with on either side. He is steady, calm, focused, on top of the details and all of the web advertising, and a pleasure to work with throughout. If I had five stars to give him, I'd want six. In addition, he is by far a better photographer/video and drone guy than any of the "professionals" other realtors hired out for me in the past.

A philosopher once said "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." That exact thought hit me when I first met Eric West. The love of the outdoors and the passion Eric has for this beloved state was all I needed to convince me that he was the man to sell my property. As we toured my property, I could tell the feeling he had towards the property was the exact same feeling I had when I first saw the property. I want to thank Eric West for listing the top luxury properties and providing for a superior real estate buying experience. Eric was responsive, knowledgeable and informative on a variety of matters during our transaction. When I needed information from the seller, Eric got it. When I wanted to expedite the closing process Eric coordinated with the Title Company and facilitated our electronic-document/signature closing in record time. Post sale when we toured the property, Eric drove several hours to our location, brought his Polaris 6 Passenger Crew Ranger (and fine bird dog Trigger!) and patiently toured my wife and I over the back country property answering all questions and making for an enjoyable experience.
