About Eric

Since 1985 Eric Ziedrich has been the owner of HLC Incorporated dba Healdsburg Lumber, Gualala Building Supply and Hudson Street Design. Eric has a BS in Finance from California State University Chico and graduate work from Golden Gate University with a concentration in Accounting. He holds a General Contractors License (B), and other specialty licenses and advanced training in the construction field and has been active in residential and commercial development for decades.

Eric Ziedrich is a former President and current board member of the North Coast Builders Exchange and the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway, and Transportation District, and a former President of the Lumber Association of California and Nevada. In civic affairs, he is a former President of the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce and a former Planning Commissioner, Councilmember, and Mayor of the City of Healdsburg.
