Erica Carson

Erica Carson is a New Jersey native who moved to Massachusetts while attending Boston College. After graduating with degrees in Accounting and Marketing, Erica settled down in the North End neighborhood of Boston and began her career in public accounting with Deloitte in Back Bay. During her time at Deloitte, she obtained her CPA license and served clients within a number of industries including financial services, energy, and retail. Erica later made the switch to transaction advisory at Ernst & Young, where she worked with a number of the top private equity firms across the globe. Erica’s prior work experience in accounting and advisory has allowed her to develop new and innovative approaches to the ever-changing landscape of the real estate market while consistently delivering valuable results to her clients whether they are buying a $300,000 condominium or selling a $2.1 million home with exclusive golf course frontage.

Erica now lives in Winchester with her husband, Kevin, and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Bailey and Winnie. She maintains an active lifestyle through running half-marathons, taking spin classes, and practicing yoga. Erica never turns down a delicious dessert and loves getting lost in a good book.
