Erica has been a full-time realtor since 2017, proud to call Michigan her lifelong home, where she discovers something new to love about it every day. Erica was born and raised in East Lansing and attended Okemos High School. Following four years living in Sacramento, CA, Erica returned to her hometown, driven by her passion for guiding others as a trusted real estate advisor and currently resides in Williamston.

Stemming from her Michigan roots, she has witnessed the surrounding areas grow and expand into the incredible, diverse, and loved communities that they have become today. Bringing a deep understanding of The Greater Lansing Area's dynamic neighborhoods to her clients.

A fearless leader, bar-setter, visionary, and coach, Erica is the team lead and owner of Market Mavens at Keller Williams.

Market Mavens was established alongside Erica’s childhood friend, Aimee Halstead when they both joined Keller Williams in 2021 from a competing brokerage. In 2023 Alexa Oifer joined Market Mavens creating a power team of three agents. They are known for their prompt responsiveness, proactive approach and dedicated to delivering personalized customer service tailored to the unique needs of buyers and sellers across all property ranges. They’re committed to working tirelessly for their clients and understand the value of homeownership and the pride it brings.

Market Mavens are deeply engaged in community, actively contributing their time since 2021 to organize annual donations for the Homeless Angels. Additionally, they coordinate back-to-school supply donations for local schools and were acknowledged for their charitable efforts on Fox 47 News in 2022. Erica’s genuine care and full investment in the success of every client and team member have propelled Market Mavens to become not just a local award-winning real estate group, but a well-known and reputable one.
