Erica Evans

Erica is a true California girl, who meets no stranger. She was born and raised in the
Northern Bay Area, graduated from CSU, Los Angeles, and has come to fall in love with the
Central Valley, where she spent summers as a child. Erica is passionate about serving
others and helping those around her achieve their goals. She is a wife, mother of three and
has spent 20 years as an educator before making the transition to real estate. Erica brings
her background in education and nurturing spirit to tend to her clients' needs, caring for
them as her own and ensuring well informed decisions are made during the entire real
estate transaction. Erica ensures that her clients are knowledgeable, comfortable and
meeting their goals with ease, whether buying or selling their home.
