I had the pleasure of Erica helping my husband and I sell our home with a very short timeline and last minute. One of the best referrals I have been given from many clients that were thoroughly impressed by her. From my initial meeting with Erica until our finally closing she was a phenomenal realtor in many ways. Very communicative, honest, super thorough and kind-hearted caring individual who we can never repay for our amazing experience with her. I appreciate her after hours work ethic and the continuous updates she gave us. I was so impressed I have moved out of state and wish she could help us by our home here lol. I would highly recommend her and want to say THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

Erica Flowers-Avery is a different type of realtor and what I mean is she really really takes into consideration exactly what your dream layout and ideas are and she turn them into reality!!! All my wife and self had to do is sit back and do the small things on our end. Erica made things more than easy through our home buying process. Erica Flowers-Avery is the best! She was very friendly and professional from the very beginning. She stuck with me for nearly a year on my journey and she never rushed me, instead she answered all of my questions and made sure I got EXACTLY what I was looking for within my budget. She even went above and beyond to write a personalized letter with my offer for my home, which really made my offer stand out. You can’t go wrong with her. Erica was very patient in working with me through the housing process. I didn’t realize how the transitioning could be stressful but Erica was right there to make sure I didn’t stress out. She is very patient, kind hearted and will go the extra mile to make sure you understand exactly what you’re getting into. I would use her services again if I needed to purchase another home, I would also recommend her to friends if they needed housing as well. One thing I admire about Erica is that she recognized my realtor in Birmingham even though she wasn’t the one to refer me to her but because I had already signed with her she honored the contract with no issue. That spoke volume. Integrity is always appreciated. I’m very happy in my new home thanks to Erica and it was in my price range. Thanks again for your assistance through this process.
