Erica Lehman

Born and raised in Bluffton, Indiana, Erica is very familiar with the city and surrounding areas. She attended school at Bluffton Harrison Metropolitan School District and is currently still active with the Athletic Department. After finishing high school, she attended Indiana University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation with a Therapeutic emphasis. A few years after college, she returned to the area where she married her husband and had 2 children. After almost 6 years as a stay at home mom, she decided it was time to re-enter the business world. With the ever changing schedule that comes with being a military family, she decided a career in real estate would be a perfect fit with the ability to have a flexible schedule.
