Erica Thau

Erica Thau started her Real Estate career in 2003 with Coldwell Banker DuFour Realty. In 2006, she started a new franchise in Chico, Keller Williams Realty. By 2015, the company became the #1 office in the greater Chico Area in agent count, units, and volume. During that time, she oversaw over 20,000 transactions and over one hundred agents. She held various roles during that time as a Franchise Owner, Broker of Record, Productivity Coach, and Team Leader.

After owning the company for 15+ years, she decided in 2021 to sell the company and move to a new brokerage, eXp Realty, and focus back on doing what she loves most…working with buyers and sellers like you! Personally, she is married to her awesome husband, Eric, and between them they have three daughters, one son, one black lab and a cat. She always loves to get away to Tahoe or the mountains any chance she can to ski, mountain bike, or just be outdoors. They are Real Estate investors, own rental properties, and Airbnb's, and enjoy flipping homes. She is proud to be a Real Estate Broker, and to be able to serve her clients at the highest levels.
