Mrs. Ericka Taylor is one of the best realtors in the Chicagoland area. I own a couple properties around the state but hired her to help find my first investment condo in the downtown area of Chicago. She was always prompt in her response, consistently sent me listings and would make me aware of open houses around me so that I could pop in and take a look myself. We scheduled about 2-3 days of viewing as I had about 40 properties to visit. Fortunately, after day 1 (visiting approximately 10 properties), I found the condo of my dreams. We placed an offer the following evening and signed the contract in the days to follow. One thing to note, which I firmly believe differentiates Ericka from other quality realtors, is that she has significant experience in conducting inspections prior to getting into real estate full time. This means she can really give you advice on the structure and value of each property you visit. She has a vast network of colleagues so I was able to find a certified and wonderful property inspector to do the inspection on my condo. She also recommended a nice and affordable real estate lawyer. All in all, Ericka made the buying process fun, easy, and educational. I already plan to use her next spring for my next investment property purchase. I can’t recommend her any more!! Thank you so very much for your hard work, kindness, and diligence Mrs. Taylor!!

I knew she was a selling agent so I reached out to see if she could assist me with finding a rental property and right away she advised me that she knew of several listings and would get the information and get back with me. Erika is a wonderful agent and broker, she has a vast network of professional contacts, and brought serious buyers to the property in record time. Voila, a bidders competition insued that resulted in a happy ending for all.

As you know, a decision to sell your property is a really big one.
Erika professionalism, engaging personality, her honesty and realism, her understanding that a decision to selling your home can perhaps be stressful for many as it was for me. It is such a pleasure to work with Ericka. Shopping for a home is so stressful but Ericka never made us feel pressured into making a decision.
