Had a PHENOMENAL experience with Erik and his team! Had a situation with a secondary property that I was looking to sell ahead of a bank auction date. He sat down with me, formulated a plan for how we could not only get out ahead of the auction but maximize what we could get for the property while doing that. We had it listed and did two open houses that drew more than 60 prospective buyers in two days! Within a week of the listing I had 21 offers to choose from, and ultimately closed less than 5 weeks after listing! Erik is the BEST OF THE BEST!!! My family and I are forever grateful.
