Erik SUNDQUIST

Erik Sundquist entered the Real Estate Industry at 18 years old as a contractor, and investor, and owned his own small Home Center named Sundquist Supply. After 15 years of successful investing, he made the decision to enter into reality as a full-time career. As an Investor, he has personally bought and sold close to 100 homes and as a Realtor, he has successfully been involved in well over 100 closed transactions. Real estate is not only his personal full-time career but also his passion. From helping investors buy their first “flip” or long-term “rental hold” property to selling or buying that high-end Dream Lake home, he treats all his clients the same.

He is also is a weight coach with the Virginia Wrestling team and is a proud father of two boys whom he raised on his own. He also owned a few local commercial businesses” as well. Namely Iron Range Rentals, Bullfrogs Grill and Bar, Sundquist Construction, Up North Hot Tub Rentals, First Class Day Care Center, Northeast Investments, and the Magic Bar.
