Erika grew up in the Lake City area and has built her career around a deep-rooted passion for real estate and the community she calls home. With over 200 successful transactions, she has earned a reputation as one of the top agents in the Mississippi River Valley—known for her market expertise, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to getting results for her clients.
Now serving as Co-Broker at Lakeshore Real Estate, Erika brings both experience and leadership to every transaction. She credits much of her foundation in the business to her dad, Randy Meincke, whose influence helped shape her approach to client relationships and service.
Beyond real estate, Erika has a Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health and a professional background at Mayo Clinic’s Antibody Immunology Laboratory. She has also dedicated 16 years to EMS, serving her community as an EMT—an experience that has strengthened her ability to stay calm under pressure, think critically, and put others first.
In 2025, Erika and her husband, Tyler, welcomed twins into their family—giving her an even deeper appreciation for the meaning of home, stability, and life’s big transitions.
When she’s not working with clients, Erika enjoys fitness, slow days with her family, traveling, and catching up with friends.
