Erika and her team are exceptional. I was referred to her by a friend of mine. She is always friendly and available to take my calls. We set up a seller and buyer consultation via Zoom (due to pandemic). She was very thorough with the home selling and buying process. She emailed me her helpful guides and a list of things to do prior to going on the market to make it “show ready.” She and her lender went through the financing and offer process with me as well. She is extremely professional and patient with all my silly questions. I’m currently getting my home ready to sell. Thank you Erika!
