Erika Enos

Erika was born in Germany, grew up in Chicago and landed in California the day the astronauts landed in the moon (July 1969). She graduated from the University of Illinois, in Chicago. Erika spent several years living in San Francisco before moving to Palo Alto in 1972. She bought her first in Palo Alto in 1975, and second house in Palo Alto in 1982 (both in the College Terrace area of Palo Alto, next to Stanford U.). She started her real estate career in 1980, just as the real estate market was going down and interest rates were going up (to 18% at one point). Erika has been through good markets and bad markets several times over. Her principal areas of expertise are the mid-San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley; from San Mateo to San Jose. On occasion, she has sold properties as far north as San Francisco and as far south as Monterey.
