While navigating life, our reliance on industry professionals for the American Dream led to unexpected challenges. On the scorching first day of our move in August, pregnant for seven months, we incurred a twelve-thousand-dollar expense for a new HVAC system. Unaware that sellers could cover down payment and closing costs, we ended up taking out a down payment assistance loan.

Reflecting on this, I recognized the need for guidance and transparency in the real estate process focusing on POUR, Provide, Offer, Uplift, and Rebuild our communities.
