We bought several rental properties from Erika. She did a wonderful job for us. She found the properties that meet our needs. . She often run out of her way to help us, since we are live in New Jersey and the properties are at Atlanta, Ga. She offered great communication throughout the entire process and truly was professional. She showed genuine caring of our needs. I highly recommended Erika to all my friends, who also purchased properties from her.

My wife and I have bought and sold several houses over the years but we have never worked with anyone as professional and effective as Erika. From beginning to end, she was very responsive to our (sometimes changing) wishes in terms of the house we were looking for. She went the extra mile to locate neighborhood and other relevant information and was always prompt. We never had to wait long for answers to our questions. The process was very smooth even though we were in Europe while looking for a house in Atlanta. Erika has been with us during the buying process and thereafter which gave us comfort knowing we have someone to consult with for various home ownership questions. In short, we can recommend her with no reservations.
