Erika helped me purchase my first home, a condominium in downtown Denver. She was outstanding from the beginning. She asked what type of home I was looking for, what price range, and what areas I was interested in. She advised me on what types of HOAs and parking fees, if any, were reasonable or egregious. She provided suggestions but was never pushy about any particular properties.

And once I found places I liked, she was super flexible when it came to scheduling showings. She was always on time and always there for me to bounce ideas off of and and answer "what do you think about this place?" She was always honest, and never pushy for the sake of getting the deal done- she wanted me to find the right home and was there to guide me along the way.

After settling on places I really liked, she helped me with next steps, including coming up with an offer amount and if it made sense given the market while leaving room to negotiate. She was very responsive and communicative with me, the listing agent, title company and everyone else involved, and once the offer was accepted on the place I really liked, she recommended an awesome mortgage originator and guided me along the rest of the process, including scheduling an inspection (she provided recommendations on inspectors as well), and later helped me draft a list of things that came up during the inspection that I wanted fixed before we finalized the deal and communicated them to the listing agent, which were then promptly addressed.

Erika was there throughout the entire process up to and beyond closing day, when I had questions about where certain things in the apartment were and whom to contact at the HOA if I had any questions. Outstanding service, I don't have enough good things or superlatives to say about Erika, she is truly an awesome realtor. I highly highly recommend!

Professional, Knowledgeable and Responsive

We needed an agent that was willing to listen to our wants and needs in our new home, spend time helping us during the search process, and be able to negotiate in our best interests.

Erika Heredia was able to handle a heavy load, manage moving targets, act on quick requests, listen and practice patience as we felt we needed to strike quickly if we were ever going to find a home we could both agree on and be happy in.

Through it all, we are thankful for her help and happy to moving into our new home!

I can't say enough wonderful things about erika. She worked with us for months to help us find the perfect home. She was patient with us as our ideas of what we wanted changed. Erika was also always on the ball on getting us scheduled for walkthroughs in this fast paced market and held our hand through the closing precess. I have bought and sold real estate in a hand full of different states over the last few decades. Over the same time I have slowly lost faith with real estate agents. It seems as though they provide less and less truly personalized service and have somehow evolved into a necessary evil of sorts. Erika has refreshed my faith in the real estate “professional.” She is such a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for an agent that knows her stuff, is professional, quick to respond and honest -
Erika is the way to go!

We found Erika on Nextdoor. I had asked a general question about rates and how commission works and was hounded by over 30 agents offering to help me sell my home. Erika was the only one who actually answered my question without pushing to meet me and see my home.

We ended up choosing Erika once we were ready to sell and the process was smooth, easy and very quick! Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about Erika. She worked with me from beginning to end on my property purchase. Even after closing.Erika checked up and on me and made sure that I got everything needed especially with the home warranty and with other essentials.
