Don't worry, be happy.

Usually the process of buying a new home can be nerve-racking, confusing and even frustrating.

However my experience with my realtor was a fantastic. She was always polite, thorough and conscientious when working with me and really helped me understand the whole process as we went through it. I felt as though I had no need to worry the entire way through thanks to her.

Her professionalism and planning was on point and really had things running smoothly on all ends, sellers included.

All in all, I had a very smooth, worry-free and pleasant experience while working with them.

But not with this realtor. This realtor really seems to knows all the ins and outs in the real estate world.

Erika is awesome. She was very communicative every time we connected. She served as a great medium between parties and provided necessary lawyer and inspector contacts- who I also recommend. She made what would have been a stressful process, much more manageable.

If I could give Erika King 10 stars I would.

I came across a piece of her marketing material amidst the many solicitations from realtors I kept receiving, but there was something about hers that stood out to me and so I called her. She represented me in the sale of a property in the Bronx. The sale was unique in that the property was not only part of an estate, it also included a tenancy. To make matters worse, I live out of state so the sale proved itself challenging. However, Erika had no issue with this and swiftly stepped up to the plate. If you have the pleasure of meeting or working with Erika you will quickly find that her 20+ years of experience in real estate speaks for itself.

Despite several stressors and hitches along the road, Erika kept consistent, frequent and clear communication throughout.

Erika has a strong work ethic, is competent, knowledgeable, does her research and is always courteous, polite and professional.

Look no further if you are looking for an agent that can do it all. I would not hesitate to work with Erika again. And I highly recommend her!
