About Erika

I am Erika Willison, a local Real Estate Broker with over 27 years of experience in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek.

My passion for Real Estate started back in the 1980’s while living in a 1910 English Tudor in the Hawthorne District of Portland Oregon. That love for Real Estate blossomed while studying the many fabulous gardens that enhanced the eclectic English Tudors and Craftsman Bungalows in the neighborhood. During this time, my sales career began while working for Monrovia Nursery, a commercial plant grower.

There are many similarities between real estate and the nursery business: My customers depended on my extensive product knowledge, organizational skills and constant communication to ensure that truckloads of plants arrived on time and with the consistent high quality the company is still known for today. Both fields require creative ideas and detailed organization, preparation and consistent follow through.
