Erin Brooks' goal is to make every client a client for life. As a Bradenton Florida native and a successful full-time REALTOR®, she is extremely knowledgeable in the Manatee and Sarasota County real estate markets. In her career, she has helped clients find the right home for their lifestyle and investment or sell their home to the right buyer.Her extensive background in the service industry is a huge asset and she understands what it means to give A+ service to her clients.

For Buyers, Erin listens to what is important to them and has the experience to know which neighborhoods and home features will meet their lifestyle needs. For Sellers, she takes an individualized approach, knowing that each home has special aspects that will appeal to it's ideal Buyer. When Erin is not in the office or out with a client she loves spending most of her time outdoors with her three little boys. Whether it’s playing volleyball, taking her dogs on a run, or boating with her family, she enjoys making the most of the Florida lifestyle. Something she hopes to help her clients discover as well.
