There are not enough words to explain how wonderful our experience with Erin has been. My husband and I were forced to sell a family member’s house and it was an extremely stressful time for everyone. A friend referred Erin and I am so grateful. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, Erin has been knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and gracious. We really had to rely on her expertise and hard work because this was not something we were planning to do, and had no real experience ourselves. She has saved the day more than once, and I would trust her with anything and I would recommend her to anybody. In one of the most difficult times in our lives, Erin has been saving grace that we really needed. On top of all of that, we accepted a great offer!

I cannot express how thankful my husband and I are that we had Erin with us for our first home purchase.

She is personable and fun to be around during an exciting but stressful time of life. Erin was (and still is) quick to answer phone calls and texts even after the home closes. In our time spent with Erin, it was extremely clear that Erin treats her clients like family. She gave us advice when we asked (which was often, especially being first-time homebuyers) but was never aggressive or pressuring with opinions. She always made us aware of any items (good and bad and in-between) while touring houses. She continually went the extra mile to get the most information about homes we were interested in and kept us updated continuously.
It was extremely evident that Erin genuinely cared about finding us a house that was perfect for us, within our price range, and that we fell in love with.

We feel so lucky to have Erin as our realtor, we truly couldn't dream up a better realtor!!

It's Thanksgiving night and my wife and I are sitting in the living room of our new home. Why am I typing this review instead of eating turkey and stuffing, you ask? Because we wouldn't even ring in this day in our new home if it wasn't for Erin.

We first met her four years ago hoping to buy a home. We came short of making our first offer because the time just wasn't right. Fast forward to seven weeks ago and we knew she'd be the first person we'd call.

Erin is professional, intuitive and incredibly savvy. She takes care of you like family, but without the weird inhibitions that'd keep you from being direct and to the point. Erin responds to texts, calls and emails swiftly, always keeping you on the know. She's the person you want on your side whether you're buying new property or selling one you've put time and effort preserving.

My wife and I can't thank her enough for making this dream come true. Give her a call — trust me, you won't regret it.

As we are new to Oregon Erin devoted several days of undivided attention to our search for a property. She responded quickly to all our questions and navigated those always challenging moments well. Erin is a true professional. You will not find someone better. The best thing about working with Erin is her communication. There was not a single time we called or texted with a question or concern about a step in the process that Erin did not answer quickly and knowledgeably. WOW, we are 1st time home owners, and I'M TELLING YOU, GO TO ERIN BURNS for your home buying/selling..!!! ABSOLUTELY NO ONE LIKE HER!! "NO ONE"!!!!
I am a professional in my field and Erin's follow-thru is next to absolutely "no one", we closed in about 30 days from finding our home, she answered every (and I mean "every"- many, long and tedious) question we had!.. Her attention to our family was Beyond AMAZING!
With regards to closings, finishing work on the house, accommodating visits to the home, was well above and well beyond what we might have expected... and seems to be Erin's norm!!!
Erin's personality is ultra-inviting, patient, attentive, unintrusive and understanding... All around, we had the absolute most pleasant and exciting experience!! Erin Burns exemplifies professionalism and certainly earned my trust through constant communication, enthusiasm, advice, and knowledge. She was always willing to do the little things that I never even expected, such as pulling weeds, supervising the new carpet installation, and coordinating with the painter. I felt almost unnecessary throughout the largest financial transaction of my life, as she excitedly made my burden her own.

I cannot imagine another real estate agent so willingly going to the lengths that Erin did. Her efforts resulted in multiple offers over a single weekend, with an agreement, sale, and concise closing, faster than I thought possible.

Erin helped my fiancée and I purchase a home in September of 2021. The housing market was extremely competitive and Erin did everything in her power to help us purchase our home. She was very responsive and ultimately enabled us to submit the winning bid on our home by giving us a virtual tour the same day it was listed.

We saw quite a few houses and something we both really liked about Erin was that she didn’t try too hard to sway us one way or another. She’d point out nice features as well as potential concerns, but she always remained objective.

I was also impressed with Erin’s pricing advice. Given that houses were selling for far over asking, it was important to have a strong feel for the market. I asked Erin her estimate on what it would take to win each house we bid on. We ended up bidding on 4 houses before having an offer accepted, each time Erin was able to give me good feel for the price range of the accepted offer.

We will definitely go with Erin if we purchase another home!

She was incredibly helpful through every phase of the process, and an invaluable resource for anyone looking to purchase a home. Her personality helps take a daunting task like real estate and makes it feel achievable.

We told her our range and home characteristics we were looking for. She took the time to show us several types of properties, ultimately helping us narrow down our criteria to what we truly wanted.

She was incredibly responsive, resourceful and knowledgeable about anything we asked, and some things we didn't think/know to ask! She struck me as a professional who takes pride in going the extra mile for her clients. We made a very difficult, long, drawn out and new construction purchase over the past year. Without the professional expertise of Erin Burns, I doubt we could have navigated the purchase and been able to get the best outcome possible. Every time we faced a major and unexpected issue in the construction and purchasing process, Erin came alongside us, communicated calmly with all parties and found solutions to the problems. Never did she act put out or frustrated with us as we expressed our concerns and frustration over the many issues that came up as a result of the other parties involved and, of course, Covid-19. She consistently responded to texts and phone calls promptly for a year. Her positive attitude, professionalism, caring nature and experience kept us sane and we successfully purchased the home as a result. Erin is superior to previous realtors whom I’ve hired in how she handled the entire deal. That’s saying something because a few of those realtors are good friends of mine. Erin’s clients matter deeply to her and she has a servant heart! To her, doing her best was definitely not about earning money in our transaction because she worked very hard for not much financial gain on her part.
