About Erin

Erin has lived in Bethesda since 1998 with her husband, Miki, and her two beautiful girls. She is actively involved in the community and volunteers at her girl's elementary school, her Bethesda neighborhood association, and Chairs several fundraising committees. Erin is a member of Greater Capital Area Realtors (GCARR), and the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR).

Erin is a Certified Buyer Representative. The CBR program is an intensive program that immerses participants in the laws, industry 'best practices', and responsibilities involved in buyer representation as well as effective negotiating on the buyer’s behalf. Erin is also an Accredited Staging Professional. The ASP program teaches real estate agents to prepare homes for sale using proven staging techniques.

Recently, Erin was honored to speak on the Sell With Soul Realtor Network’s Top Producing Show. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s Degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Government from Johns Hopkins University.

Prior to working as a Realtor, Erin worked for a United States Senator as a Legislative Assistant.
