At this point I have bought and sold several home. My experience with Realtors has been positive over all, but my experience with Erin has been without question the best. She has an amazing work ethic, she is quick to return calls, and available to meet. She doesn’t hover or push. She is honest and forthright. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends and I will work with her in the future if the need arises. I highly recommend her.

Our home purchase had many (perhaps too many) ups and downs. We had more twists and turns than you’d care to know! But Erin never gave up on us or expressed the slightest hint of frustration.

She made the whole process easy and painless. Even in this seller's market, it only took a month to close- and I love my new house!

Erin was the 3rd and best realtor I used in my year long search for a home in a very tough real estate market. She listened to what my requests were and showed me homes that fit my budget. Erin was so easy to be with and for me was not trying to over sell a home by all the things I could do to it to make it fit my requests. Would I recommend Erin, absolutely!

I have had realtors in the past who were always late to an appointment. This has never been the case with Erin! She is professional in every way. She has been empathetic to our situation and meets us where we are. Never “pushy”. Is able to listen effectively and thinks of things we hadn’t. Great realtor. Highly recommend.

It was quite simply a fantastic experience working with Erin while researching new homes in the area. Generally, buying a home is a very stressful experience for both the buyer and the seller as there's a lot of competition, paperwork can be a nightmare, and inspections take a lot time - if they find something it's even more work and stress. Erin was so patient answering all of my (and my wife's) questions, sometimes two or three times, she walked us through step-by-step throughout the entire process, practically held our hands, sent us pictures of the inspections as they happened so we were constantly updated, negotiated with the other realtor on our behalf to ensure everything was fixed and up to standard. She was even great while we were waiting for our offer to be accepted, she was confident that it would be, but promised to take us our for ice cream in case it wasn't so we could regroup and come up with a new plan - turns out this wasn't necessary after all. She showed up on the day we received the keys to walk us through the house again and checked to make sure everything was in order and we were happy with our new home. If you choose Erin, you won't be disappointed!
