Erin is amazing! Our third time with her as our agent — repeat business tells the story on its own. She put us in touch with Cory Dressel to get pre-approved! We found the property at 6 pm while looking on our own and when it had just come on-line using the Realty-ONE app that Erin provided. The next afternoon, Erin got us to view it. She had our offer in that night. Now we were bidding against 4 other parties — Cory’s ability to close escrow in 21 days plus Erin’s negotiations won the property! See moves as fast as possible— you need to in some cases like ours: constant contact & follow through! She can pivot quickly!

Erin is the most responsive agent I have ever worked with. She will answer her phone or return your call, usually within minutes. Erin is very knowledgeable about residential real estate. I was very impressed and I got more than I thought I would for my home! I thought about going with a discounted a agent but I’m glad I didn’t! I would have saved about $3500 in fees but I have no doubt I would have gotten $25000 less for my house! She Has a great marketing strategy and is an amazing negotiator! Don’t mess around with an inexperienced agent who can’t answer your questions and will not answer this phone after you are listed. Erin also helped me buy my new home. Again it was a great experience! I never felt any pressure and always felt Erin gave me her honest opinion on a potential house. She wasn’t just trying to make a sale! Don’t cheat yourself, Erin is the best!
