Erin assisted my Dad in securing the right home under tight circumstances. He was going through a divorce and was limited on finances, resources, mental capacity, etc. due to the the tough situation he was facing. Firstly, she negotiated and secured an offer for the house during a difficult time in the market where offers and negotiations were pure cutthroat. She also helped him every step of the way and made sure he wasn’t left hanging or alone in tackling it all. She always made sure his best interest was at heart. He told me repeatedly how much he appreciated her and how helpful and knowledgeable she was.

We went through 2 other realtors before finding Erin. With a hot housing market and a strict deadline to be in a new home, every moment counted from the time we found a house, got a preview, and made an offer. Erin was quick to respond. She built relationships with the seller's agent. She gave expert advice on the best strategic offer. She followed through quickly on her commitments. There were no surprises. She made the very stressful process of buying a beautiful "forever" home for a reasonable price in the time frame we wanted, just a little bit less stressful. She has a very confident demeanor and was encouraging the whole time. I couldn't be more thankful that we found Erin, and wouldn't want to go through this process with anyone else. Simply put- Erin will put in the work to get the job done *smoothly*. There's so much that goes into buying and selling. Working with Erin was truly a blessing. Upon our initial meeting, you could tell right away how friendly and open Erin is. My husband and I explained all of the nuances we had when it came to finding our ideal home. She was constantly able to work with our extremely hectic schedules.
