Growing up in real estate wasn’t something I planned—it was just life. With a father in the business, I spent my childhood hearing negotiations at the dinner table, tagging along to new developments, and watching firsthand how homes shape people’s lives and stories. I swore I wouldn’t become a Realtor… mostly because I thought real estate meant always being on the phone. Funny how that turned out.
After years of moving through multiple homes with my own family, raising kids, and working as a teacher, I found myself naturally helping friends navigate their own home searches and sales. Eventually, after my husband and I's sixth home together and some encouragement from my dad, I stepped into real estate full time -and I haven’t looked back.
Today, I’m a full-time Realtor and homeschooling mom, and my family and I are now on what we call our “forever home” (house number nine, if you’re counting). Along the way, I’ve also become involved in land development, new construction, and investment properties—work that allows me to blend creativity, strategy, and real-world problem solving.
I specialize in helping clients navigate everything from first homes to unique properties, homesteads, waterfront living, and new construction communities. I also enjoy the complexity of land and development work, including zoning, planning, and bringing ideas from concept to reality.
My approach is simple: be honest, be responsive, and take care of people well. I’m warm and relational, but I don’t sugarcoat reality. I believe buying or selling a home should feel informed, thoughtful, and grounded -not pressured.
