Erin is also a crazy plant lady, a lover of all things metaphysical (think tarot cards, crystals, astrology), and personal development. She couldn’t survive without Iced Americanos, big earrings are her jam, and she’s scared of the ocean. Looking at it from the beach, fine, but on a boat in the ocean?! Not happening.
