Erin Livengood

Erin is a native Portlander and have been a licensed Principal Broker since 1995. She was recognized as the Top Producing Realtor, a Platinum-Diamond Member of the Masters' Circle and have spent her career specializing in the unique neighborhoods of Portland, on both sides of the Willamette.

Her business is based on referrals from satisfied and repeat clients. She is a full time Realtor and stay current on market trends and conditions by collaborating equally with Sellers and Buyers across a variety of real estate transactions. Having worked with hundreds of clients, she has successfully navigated every real estate situation imaginable: Premier high-end properties, relocations, short sales/foreclosures, estates, multiple-offer situations, first time Buyers and everything in between. She is familiar with older and historic homes, new construction, condominium sales and investment properties. Her clients appreciate my friendly and honest style, excellent communication skills and mindfulness. When clients hire her, they will always get her – from the minute details to the big negotiations. Erin will never be passed off to a team member or an assistant.

Outside of real estate, she loves cheering for her daughter's soccer games and in the stands at Thorns and Timbers matches. She is a volunteer for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children in Multnomah County foster care.
