Erin Mandeville Strand

Erin has been actively representing Buyers and Sellers in Bozeman’s dynamic real estate market for nearly fifteen years. As a second-generation Real Estate Broker and fifth generation Bozeman local, Erin is passionate about helping her clients secure their slice of Southwest Montana; while preserving the culture and community of her home… a community that she knows and loves.

Erin first entered the real estate industry in 2004 as her Father's Brokers Assistant. While she valued the incomparable experience of working alongside family, Erin was ready in 2005 to grow her influence in the Bozeman market and transitioned to a new role as the Marketing Director for Montana Title and Escrow (MTE). Erin worked at MTE from 2005-2007 and was thrilled to help triple the company’s market share during her tenure. Erin also grew in her title and escrow knowledge during that time, attaining her Title Producers License in 2005.

After experiencing the impact she could have on the market with her influence at MTE, Erin knew it was time to build her own business in 2007. Erin attained her real estate license and joined her parents, Lloyd and Charlie Mandeville at Prudential Montana Real Estate, which later became Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
