Erin grew up with deep roots in real estate and service on Whidbey Island. Since earning her broker license, she has been awarded the North Puget Sound Association of REALTORS® (NPSAR) 2021 Rookie of the Year, followed by the Whidbey Island Association of REALTORS® (WIAR) 2022 Rookie of the Year, co-selling more than $22 million in her first two years & most recently the Margo Wheeler Aspiring Leader Grant Recipient through Washington REALTORS® & REALTOR® of the Year for Whidbey Island.
Erin is dedicated to building her knowledge with informed advocacy and care to her clients. She has earned multiple certifications and designations including: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), At Home with Diversity (AHWD®), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), GREEN, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®).
Erin actively serves at the local and state levels, holding numerous committee and board roles. She has served as the President, Education, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Chair for Whidbey Island and North Puget Sound. She serves as the Northwest Washington Regional Representative on the Washington REALTORS® (WR) Executive Committee and as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Vice Chair in 2026.
Erin is a proud Latina and member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, championing equitable access to homeownership and wealth-building. She is a founding member of the Northwest Washington network for Women's Council of REALTORS® for Island, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
Erin is involved in the community, having served on the board of North Whidbey Hearts & Hammers and sponsoring/coaching youth soccer for North Whidbey Soccer Club at the recreation level and Deception Football Club at the select level.
