Erin has been passionate about real estate her whole life. She has a professional education and experience in management, sales, marketing, and law. She has mastered contracts and negotiations which are important skills to provide her clients when buying and selling real estate. Erin's passion for real estate is apparent through her excellent communication skills and warm and friendly approach. Although more recently licensed as an agent, Erin has been involved in real estate for over 25 years. Erin prioritizes clients' goals by listening to their needs and staying committed to their interests. She takes pride in guiding clients through one of the biggest investments of their lives. She understands there can be many reasons to decide to buy or sell a property and how important this decision is. She is a fierce advocate for any client she serves no matter the subject. Erin has been in the D.C. metropolitan area for over 20 years after relocating for law school. She enjoys Southern Maryland where she lives with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she likes to ride her Harley Davidson motorcycle and enjoy the back roads and water views Southern Maryland has to offer.
